Marinate salmon with Dry Rub/Spice Blend #2. Coat generously and place in refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
Prepare broiler to High. Combine Dark Brown sugar and Dry Ginger in a small bowl.
Place marinated Salmon on rack and ten onto a baking sheet. Sprinkle sugar and ginger mix on top and let the mix melt into the Salmon.
Place on top rack and broil for five (5) minutes. Be careful to not overcook. Remove from broiler and set aside while you prepare a mixed green salad. Salmon will continue to cook while it is resting.
Enjoy with a crisp, dry Sauvignon Blanc.
